I bought one of these with the Vikings blade logo stamped into it and surprisingly I really like it and reach for it quite often. If you put a fairly sharp blade in this it works really well and gives a smooth shave. Review was spot on

I just bought the 177 from your store for $5.99. This is a beautiful razor and for me it does a great job. Considering the price, it’s the best deal out there.

I have the BR 179 and it' has been a very good razor for me. I agree this is a very good quality-finished product for the price. We just need to apply the appropiate movements to shave ourselves.

The trick is to use a very sharp blade. Mine came with 10 Baili blades which weren't bad at all but needed to be changed every 4 days. Use a Personna blue and this gem of a razor really steps up to the plate.

Is it possible to diassemble the razor to add some lubrication to the mechanic in the handle?

The only thing I don't like about these razors is that they are frustratingly difficult to clean properly after shaving. Too many small and delicate moving parts and cannot be really taken apart.

The Viking version is much heavier and more agressive. I have both. The Baili is MUCH cheaper.

I bought a Baili BD179 from an Amazon seller. The handle was not firmly attached to the head. I threw it in the garbage. The quality of my Weishi 9306 seems better, and it's also quite inexpensive.

i have the butterfly version, quite happy with it. i am not an experienced shaver (6months) but i get good BBS shaves with it. 3passes as default with no razor burn etc. i recommend it if you are a beginner like me and dont want to invest to much but would like to have a decent experience and shave

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I got one of these razors in the starter kit I got from Dorco. It came with this razor, 30 Dorco prime platinum blades and a travel case.

I got one sold as a rockwell . I got 5 blades and some nice shave cream all for $20 can . It is to mild a shaver . I have to use a very sharp place in it . Most of the time I use my merkur 38c or my Gillette tech fat handle .

Brad, I really enjoy your video review style and look forward to more maggard videos. I had one of these TTO's under the "dorco prime" branding early on in my wet shaving journey and actually found it to be a very nice razor. I have a heavy, dense beard but paired with a sharp blade (Astra SP, GSB, etc) it can be very effective.

The Baili BP001 blades are awesome. Best I've tried so far.

Its almost too mild but its a nice companion to my aggressive junk
