Police sergeant AS 285 implied that police had one job and one job only when he said - "we are here to make sure no one gets injured and no one gets hurt, that's it" Then police had to hand out bandages and provide first aid because they failed to do the one job they were there to do.

All the police constables present should be suspended pending further investigation give that members of the public were injured by glass. Breaking a toughend glass window I may add, obviously was not risk assessed, and a method statement put in place to negate any potential danger form the certainty of glass falling and being projected outwards when the tension of the window broke. All the officers attending committed Nonfeseance.. There really does need to be a full frosensic audit of the METs handling of this situation.

Why are the police so ignorant of what law actually is not one of them has noticed the traffic enforcement law or the breach of peace... by law no vehicle is allowed under any circumstances to park any vehicle on a side walk/pavement with four wheels on the walkway... so technically that van should be clamped and it should be reported to vosa DVLA for traffic offences of causing an obstruction on a public footpath... and it's driver subjected to 3points and a fixed penalty fine...

He can't proceed if he knows its going to court at 10. Equity dictates it, and Equity if in conflict with the common law shall prevail, and the common law is law if the land and Supreme over legislative law. Also statute has to benefit the people so once again they should withdraw until the court makes its decision.

The police are 100% to blame for all injuries. They had one simple job to do which was prevent a breach of the peace. They were told many times that a peaceful remedy was still in process yet they chose to ignore that. They clearly had zero understanding of the laws surrounding this. They should have simply said to those looking to break entry to stand down until the full paperwork process had come to an absolute conclusion. These cops cared more about seeing physical action otherwise they would have opted to allow a peaceful process to be completed. Every cop on site are guilty of mis-conduct in a public office and witnessed by everyone that saw this play out. Corrupt to the core! They only use "breach of the peace" when it suits them when they misuse it to extort personal information out of people or to side with a corporation. The police can only be seen as the security arm for the government mafia..
