A wonderful restoration. Here in my country i've seen CT 100'S in a worst condition... is incredible. if someone doesn't know the story of this bike, will think is completely new or just a few years old

Great effort...nice work..bike must be emotionally attached ..else who invests so much time,money & effort on CT 100..with a little more investment u could have brought a new CT after selling the old one.. Saving urself from the restoration hassle 😎

Hi, We bought the bike from a customer and restored to its original condition after fully restored the customer who sold this bike, was shocked after seen his bike, He insists to buy it, So we sold the bike to him. I love your videos, very detailed, good filming. Everything is very nice. I have a Kbajaj 4S champion, and I think is the only one here in Brazil. But I can't find the service manual to disassemble the motor. And look like the same motor of the CT100. How can I get the service manual?

Hi, Removing old color and repainting will increase the life of the new paint If your bikes old paint is in good condition you can just wet sand with 320g and spray 2K primer
