Hello...Trini in Atlanta...this is from a Trini living in Africa...where there is no Trini cooking...except for a little in my kitchen. I just discovered your channel. You make me laugh because you are a true Trini cook. No measurements...a handful of flour...a little dash of salt...just loving it. It's the way Trini's cook. You don't need measurements...you know what you're doing...and you do it fast. I watch other channels to see exactly how to cook the food...with the right amount of ingredients. I watch you just to lime in your kitchen. Love hearing the Trini accent and just your way. Next time I am in Atlant again...I will have to visit Tassa. Blessings to you!

Thank you for naming the products you use. I’m going to see if I can find the seasonings that you use. You are a very good cook. Very clean. Food is always well seasoned. Looks so delicious! 😋 I don’t measure my seasonings either. My Mom and Grandmother never used recipes, I learn to cook watching them. A good cook never have to measure. We just know how much seasoning to use, mainly by taste, smell.

Hello dear am new to your channel I just love the way you cook as a real person. I tried your fried rice recipe recently and definitely am adopting it as one of my comfort food recipes. I just adjust the ingredients to suit the tastebuds of my family. Just a little take on the bake and shark origins. It was a go to food at carnival time around the Queens Park Savannah especially for the tourists. Maracas Bay offerings gave a modern twist to this delicious carnival comfort food by adding lots of condiments and offering it year round. 🥰

Radhika girl, generally speaking, you cannot please everyone because as human beings, we all have different taste and the way we all think, varies from time to time. You do not cook at the restaurant, you cook for your family so do worry about the jewelry. The bake and shark is on point. ❤❤
