I’m making this right now. I get tired of coming up with meal ideas. Sometimes I forget to just keep it simple. I added green peppers and a jalapeno along with the red pepper and onion because they were getting soft lol.
Making this today, but had to improvise because no Creo and the garlic and herb spice and using a different type of potato. Hopefully I’ve got enough broth in it. Excited to try it sure smells good and it’s not even in the oven yet.
Review! It came out really good! No it doesn’t get dry. I didn’t cover it with foil, and I didn’t use the exact seasonings but I did follow pretty much the whole recipe and it came out great.
Maaaan it soooo good.....my family loved it....made it only 4 pieces coz wasnt so sure before.....for those who haven't tried yet..u better now....thanks for the recipe....gonna make it once a week or two❤❤❤😊😊
Guhhhh let me try this recipe😂, I like that you didn’t add a bunch of seasonings to make it simple… fixing to pair with some spaghetti , I’ll be back with the verdict lol
I'm gonna make this today and will comment again to let you know how it turned out. I do have a question though. I think cooking the chicken for that long would overcook it. I think I'm going to cook the potatoes separately until they are almost done and do the same with the chicken and then combine them.
