I’m making this right now. I get tired of coming up with meal ideas. Sometimes I forget to just keep it simple. I added green peppers and a jalapeno along with the red pepper and onion because they were getting soft lol.

Review! It came out really good! No it doesn’t get dry. I didn’t cover it with foil, and I didn’t use the exact seasonings but I did follow pretty much the whole recipe and it came out great.

How did you do your string beans

So I’m cooking the chicken in total for about an hour and 15 mins?

Can I use 3 chicken legs instead of drums?would I or should I bake longer

I'm gonna make this today and will comment again to let you know how it turned out. I do have a question though. I think cooking the chicken for that long would overcook it. I think I'm going to cook the potatoes separately until they are almost done and do the same with the chicken and then combine them.

Whats the measurements? And the ingredients anyone?
