4 QUARTER CHICKEN LEGS
3 TBSP PLAIN YOGHURT
2 TSP PAPRIKA
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP CHICKEN STOCK POWDER
1 WHOLE LEMON ZEST
1/2 LEMON JUICE
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES ( OPTIONAL)
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 SPRIG ROSEMARY
2 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP SUGAR
-SLIT THE QUARTERS ON THE THIGH AND ON THE DRUMSTICK, KEEP ASIDE.
-IN A BOWL COMBINE YOGHURT, OIL,SALT, CHICKEN STOCK POWDER, PAPRIKA, GARLIC, BLACK PEPPER, CHILI FLAKES (OPTIONAL) SUGAR, LEMON ZEST, LEMON JUICE, CHOPPED ROSEMARY, MIX WELL.
-ADD THE QUARTERS TO THE MARINADE MAKE SURE THEY ARE COATED WELL, COVER WITH CLING WRAP, LET THEM
MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR.
-ARRANGE ON AN OVEN TRAY, THE REMAINING MARINADE IN THE DISH WILL BE USED FOR BASTING LATER.
-BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES 180°C, REMOVE FROM THE OVEN BASTE WITH THE REMAINING
MARINADE, PUT BACK IN THE OVEN AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES.
-REMOVE FROM THE OVEN SERVE WITH POTATO SALAD AND A GREEN SALAD
-ENJOY.
