Ingredients:
- Crucian carp - 3
- Lemon - 1/2 piece
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Fish spices - to taste
- Herbs (dill, parsley)
Recipe:
1. Slice the lemon thinly. Wash and dry the herbs, removing the thick stems.
2. Drizzle the fish with oil and rub with spices, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the lemon and herbs inside the fish.
4. Lay the crucian carp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / in an air fryer for 45 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve with herbs.
