Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 5 pcs (500 g)
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1 small bunch
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
Recipe:
1. Trim the ends of the cucumbers and cut each cucumber into 4 or 8 pieces or as desired.
2. Fill a bowl with the sliced cucumbers. Add finely chopped garlic, dill, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt to taste.
