This man had me at "How To Make Tzatziki" - that was about three years ago. What an amazing culinary journey he has taken us on since then. I owe my present day confidence in the kitchen to Ken and he is also culpable for my occasional cravings for Moussaka!
sorry to be offtopic but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my password. I love any tips you can offer me!
Μπράβο Ken! Your recipes are fantastic and this one is no exception. I am of Greek descent and your videos always makes me think of my Yiayia and her amazing cooking. Thanks very much.
Γεια σου Κυριάκος Thank you for your amazing recipes you have reminded me of my childhood Love κεφτέδες in our household Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺 Betty hubby sends his love to 🇦🇺🇬🇷💯💯💯💯🙏👍🌹🌹🍷🍷
Again Ken you blew me away. So much so that I am going to the carneseria to get meat and make this dish even though made hamburgers last night. And pasta sounded great so my husband will be thrilled as usual. Thanks bud keep them coming.
Oh these look so good 😊 I think they would be great for a get together as they are made in the oven! With a nice side dish 😆 never thought of putting greek meatballs in the oven we always have them dry 😃 great idea ! Thanks Ken 💕
Bravo. I made your souvlaki 2 days ago, it came out great. as you started this video I was asking myself, why no cinnamon, but you cleared that up. Looks amazing
Γεια σου, Ken! I am watching your video (from France) at 3 am and your reaction to testing your awsome keftedes made me want to cook RIGHt NOW! Since my Yiayia left this earth, we don't gather around her beautiful dishes anymore so my night cooking session will be a kind of tribute to her. Thank you for the joy you bring. Take care! :*
@@KensGreekTable My dish is now ready and I am actually having it right now (lol) at 8.30 in the morning because it's soooo delicious! Thank you so much! Have a beautiful inspiring day! :*

I remember a walk through a forest with my family, when I was a little kid. All of a sudden my dad almost jumps into the bushes going 'Hey look, mint!' Pulled a few leaves of the plant and gave them to me and my sister. 'Give that a taste!'. It was like salad and candy combined, and amazed little me wondered 'you can just get this from plants if you know what you are looking for?'. Had a thing for mint ice cream since then, but the combination of mint and meat would have never occurred to me on my own. And there is the value of investigating cooking methods from all over the world, cause long story short: mint in your meatballs is good.
Hi Ken! I have to cook for 35 peopleat my son's wedding 😳 I will make tzatziki, marinated olives, of different types, and marinated tomatoes, and Feta! They expect, however, a 'main dish'!😳 It will be on 31.7, so I thought that 'Pastizio' wouldn't fit. Any ideas? Problem is that I will have to prepare everything in advance, as I will be at the wedding at 9.00am until.....?! Thank you so much for your wonderful vlogs! All love, and best wishes,Claire, and Sally, the older Golden Retriever!✌👍🏻😘😘
Congrats to him!!! You can pretty much do any roast as long as you cook it at a very low oven temp. I wouldn’t go more than 300° f and let the meat cook for 6-8 hours. Pastitsio, or any other type of casserole type dish is a good option as well because you can make it ahead and either bake it off or reheat it for service. I would also go heavier on the salads and dips....
