Recipe for: Baked peppers with eggs and cheese in the oven
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
Eggs - 8 pcs. (large).
Roasted peppers - 800 g (frozen or from a jar).
Cow cheese - 300 g (crushed).
Parsley- 1 bunch (finely chopped).
Oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Add the crumbled cheese, chopped parsley and a little oil to the eggs. Stir to combine everything well.
Line a small baking tray with baking paper (my tray is 29 by 18 centimeters). Put a layer of the egg and cheese mixture on the bottom. Make a second row of roasted peppers. Continue in the same way until you have made 3 rows.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, with a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 25 minutes.
