Recipe for: Porridge with cheese and butter. Classic recipe!
NECESSARY PRODUCTS::
water - 1 liter.
fresh milk - 1 liter.
cornmeal - 500 g.
cow cheese - 300 g.
cow butter - 120 g.
salt to taste
paprika
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Pour the milk, water, and half of the butter into the saucepan. Season with a little salt. Turn on the stove and wait for it to boil. After boiling, reduce the heat and gradually add the cornmeal, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Boil for 1 minute on a low heat, stirring constantly, and remove from the heat.
Melt the butter in a saucepan or frying pan and fry a little red pepper. Crush the cheese in a separate bowl.
In a pan pour a row of porridge, sprinkle with cheese and pour the fried paprika, again put a row of porridge, grated cheese and fried paprika.
Serve the porridge while it is still warm!
