Recipe for Potatoes in the oven with spices in a baking bag
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
potatoes - 1 kg.
curry
turmeric
tarragon
sol
pepper
paprika
cow butter - 30 g.
olive oil - 30 gr.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into slices. Season with spices to taste, add a little olive oil and mix well to mix all flavors. Put the potatoes in a baking bag. Add the butter and tie the bag. Place the bag in a baking tray. Make needle holes in several places. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
