Ingredients:
-2 cups quick oats
-1 scoop of PW1 Whey Protein
-2 tbsp ground flax
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup honey
-1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
-1/3 cup mix of pumpkin seeds and chopped walnuts
-Coconut oil
Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 6x9 inch baking pan. Set aside
-Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly in the dish, pressing down firmly
-Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown -Let cool in pan completely, and slice into bars
-Wrap in airtight container, and store in fridge for up to 1 week
