LittleMsSam has a mod which allows you to live in your business (bars, clubs, daycare, gyms, cafes etc.). I also wish it would be possible to have a multi purpose lot like a mall or custom old town area with many different businesses. The way I'm imagining it is like using the tool from For rent to separate different units and having them work the same as various lot types but on one lot.

Build a rental and then you can do live in combination lots. You can use the food shop pack to sell cakes etc. Or run your own family restaurant or selling tables for other things.

The last time I caught a cold from my toddler nephew, I permanently lost my sense of smell! And 26'c sounds heavenly to me... it's 32'c here and I am constantly wishing I had moved to Scotland when I was younger.
