Not really. It has some to do with Yujiro is the strongest not just physically but because he can make people conform to his views of the world…through force. So for Baki to prove he’s now stronger than Yujiro he convinces him to make a pretend dinner. That’s the context in a nutshell
Earlier in the arc when Baki asked Yujiro to make him a cup of coffee, Yujiro said the only way to make him do something is to force him. This entree fight was basically a test of Baki's will, and this meal is his "reward". Even though they just pent the past 20 minutes beating the crap out of each other, they still recognise each other as family. In other words, the soup is a metaphor for their bond. When Baki says the soup is too salty, Yujiro denies this by saying its air, it has no taste. This symbolizes Yujiro's relectance to admit his affection for his son. When Baki flips the table, Yujiro freaks out, priving that he really does care about their relationship. So basically, invisible food = family.
