He does have more PRACTICAL experience as in he has been in WAAAYYY more fights than goku. As for battle I.Q. and the like does go to goku because he's had more teachers to help him grow as a martial artist. While Baki used martial arts to advance his strength, it's like parts of a whole.

Those exercises might be "basic", but someone would still ordinarily break down over time and not be able to use their muscles. He was able to keep doing the exercises through that because of his immense willpower. He broke a fundamental, biological limit by force of will. That's how he became the strongest.

Baki ,Yujiro an Pickle can be hurt/killed by bullets ,kid goku was blasted multiple times and at best it left a scratch. Kid Goku also fought an army that was WAY WAY more advanced than the US was when they tried to attack Yujiros father. Mind you this is still a kid we are referring too. (Which is weird cuz he was in his adolescent(12 yo) not a kid.

Baki in straight martial arts training exclusively has more exstensive training than Goku. While Goku did practice to shit when he was younger, once Raditz came along, he stopped focusing on martial arts, and more of training himself to be as strong as possible. While he can still apply the martial arts, Baki is fused with it essentially.

UI is considered a power since it uses ki while in UI. This is no Powers (and I’m assuming equal stats) straight hands so baki would likely end up the winner

Baki and Yujiro both have the ability to copy a move after witnessing it, and they are masters at learning new techniques and skills and movements. Baki especially considering he has a demon brain along with his demon back. He could likely learn UI through studying it. His demon brain would likely allow him to work around UI as he is able to take in and process information faster and react faster as well. Goku with no powers especially his full strength and durability is would likely lose to Baki. Baki has WAY more martial arts experience. Goku has a ton but he also has a lot of brawler style and super power heavy fighting experience. Baki knows hands and ONLY hands and to a flawless and borderline unparalleled degree.
Remember that powers are "techniques" in db too. Ki is a power but kamehameha is a "technique" using Ki. Unfortunately 99.9% of DB techniques are in fact also powers.
Saitama gained all his "powers" from pure physical training so they are technically not powers. Gokus strength is not a "power" either. It's part of his alien dna he built it all up through physical training under hypergravity. If he were talking about perfectly even playing fields then fine, but this short is obviously not doing that.

If we are talking no powers then doesn’t that mean goku is only restricted from using super saiyan transformations? I mean really think about it. UI is a technique, multi form is a technique, flying is a technique, Kai-Ken is a technique in Dragon Ball. Goku legit took a bullet on the first episode and lifted a car. And yes Goku has way more experience in Martial Arts we just can’t see it when they are moving way faster than light.

I don't think y'all understand this but Saitama does not need to train in martial arts. His precision and reflexes are transcendent. All his movements are maximum efficiency when he's not just fucking around.
