I’ve been making bread for a long time! Congratulations! I really love your enthusiasm. You don’t mix salt and yeast because salt kills it, so yes, when you add the ingredients don’t mix both together. Subscribed! ❤
$8 bread is crazy. A tip I found when making bread is to use a flour sifter when taking out your flour. It allows you to make a better measurement. It also makes it lighter and airier and easier to mix.
You did a great job!! This is a wonderful video. I just purchased a bread machine for the same reason. Insane prices. I'm only 5 feet tall. I have to stand on a box. My little step stool is too low!

I like to use my bread maker on the dough cycle only. Then shape dough into my bread pan and bake in oven. I just prefer doing it this way because I don’t like the hole it leaves in bottom of loaves or the shape. You will have to make cinnamon bun dough in your machine only use dough cycle when done take and roll out buns. Bake in oven So good.
This is a good idea! I'm not a fan of the hole at the bottom either. We have some bread that I've set aside (in the freezer) that have a hole it in. Planning on using it to dip in soup 😅
