Oh well thank you and I know you will like them they turn out wonderful. Thank k you for watching my video and commenting. Have a great rest of your day !
WOW, Debbie! They are beautiful. I am definitely making these buns. They look delicious! I plan on making some for my sister. Her husband is NEVER happy with any type of bread. She said they haven't invented a bread, yet, that he likes. LOL! I think he might like these. Thank you for another great recipe!
I’ve gotten a lot of rave reviews on these. All my fam appreciated them. Hope tour sister is finding the physical and mental strength to hang in there. I’ll continue prayers. God bless
Oh thank you they definitely were . Thank you for watching. I’ll be making some dinner rolls coming soon. Look for that video Monday. Have a great day!
Thank you and I love using the dough cycle so much. Thanks again for watching. Please share video with your family and friends. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend.🥰
Hello they look yummy and I am going to make them today! Just a quick question I don’t have bread machine yeast I do have active dry yeast and instant yeast can I use one of them?
Hello and my number 8 is dough setting. But to be sure maybe look up the word online to see. Hope you try them have a great day ahead. Thanks for watching. 🥰
Yes you can use all purpose flour. The difference in the texture is so slight you really can’t tell a difference. They both turn out tender. Thank you for commenting and watching. 🥰
I love Cuisinart products. I have the ice cream maker too LOVE that too so easy to use. Check out that video too I made ice cream. Thanks again take care.😍
Oh, shoot, I should have. But actually, my bottoms, turned out a little bit lighter than the tops of the buns but I’m sure that’s due to the fact I put an egg wash on the top of the buns. Is your pan a darker color? I used parchment paper so maybe thats why mine weren’t dark. But thanks for commenting and watching. Have a great rest of your week. 🥰
Hi I use powdered buttermilk. I’m really liking it too. My recipe made 8 and they were very nice size if you want more of a reg size bun you probably could get at least 10. Thank you for watching.😍
Oh they turned out so wonderful the bread machine is great and so easy too. It’s a Cuisinart Compact CBK-110. Not too huge but still makes up to 2pound loaf. Thanks for watching
Oh thanks for watching. I found that Box about 10 years ago at a little second hand store. I bought it so my husband can throw his keys and work badge in there and business cards, instead of just laying everything on the counter. Guess it’s kind of a junk drawer on top of the counter . Haha have a great evening. 😊
Awe really I’m sorry if I mislead you but no it doesn’t get thick like buttermilk since it’s in powder form.Buttermilk powder is what it sounds like: buttermilk that has been dehydrated until it becomes a fine powder, similar in texture to flour, or regular milk powder. You can even make your own buttermilk powder since the powder is actually from buttermilk that’s dried out , here’s how Buttermilk powder made at home by: Lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat mat Pouring 1-2 cups of buttermilk onto the sheet and spreading it evenly Baking at 165°F for 2-4 hours, or until brittle Cooling uncovered and breaking apart the brittle buttermilk Blending the broken pieces in a food processor, blender, or bullet-like mixer until powdered. I’ve never done that but when I run out I might try that. Hope the rest of your week is a great one. Thanks for keeping in touch. 🥰
Oh my. I’m sorry .Yeah ovens can vary in temperature. I got a new stove and I had to put a thermometer in it because it was never either getting things done or it would cook them too fast so I did put a thermometer in my oven. But maybe try 350 next time for yours, but 375 worked OK for mine.
