Candy Cakes Muffins Ingredients:
50g melted butter
1/3 cup soft brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup milk
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees, then allow to cool down
Pink Icing Recipe:
2 cups icing sugar
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp pink food colour
