•Butter-150g ->Melt in microwave for 1 min. •Cocoa-3/4 cup •Sugar-11/4 cup ->Add the cocoa,sugar in melted butter. •Egg-1,vanilla-1tsp ->Crack egg and a tsp of vanilla in the butter,cocoa mixture. ->Blend blend... ->Fold in the 1/2 cup flour ->Now add chopped chocolates to the batter. ->Pour the batter in a greased tin. ->Bake at 160 Celsius for 20-25 min
I started baking drawing inspiration from your vlogs since the last one year. As you said it is really interesting and I love baking now. I started to purchase various baking tools, cake tins e.t.c. Today I made Honey banana cake. I have tried lots of recipes in this vlog including brownies. I am all set to enter into cakes with frosting which I haven't tried yet. Though cannot enter into full time baking due to professional reasons, You have inspired me into this and also since my son likes cakes and desserts. I learnt baking seeing your vlogs primarily and by trial and error. My family loves the cake I make and what joy do I need! Thank you !

Hi aarthi, I made this brownie recipe twice within a week time . Second time house fully of brownie smell. It tated amazing . But I have a small doubt . I have 9 liters oven, when I preheated the oven for 160 degree for fifteen minutes it doesn't cross 100c aftere ten minutes. I even tried checking the oven heat with oevn thermometer. Also it took 400 minutes for me to get brownie cooked. Is this correct or should I have to do any modification.
Hi Preethi I tried this but I added granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar more than 25 mins it need to bake but my upper layer become very crispy nd inner was moist
