Charlotte! It was so much fun to watch you make this! It reminds me of the first cakes I made years ago. Your excitement when it turned out and rolled up was adorable. Great job Charlotte! Its not an easy cake to make. In the future turn it out onto baking paper sprinkled with caster sugar rather than a tea towel!
