I'm not American, so most of your recipes are interesting for me to watch. It would be awesome if you could make banana bread which is delicious and easy to make, I've always wanted to try making it!
Never ever ever stop making your cooking/baking videos. By far yours are the best I’ve seen! Relaxation and hunger always on point. I appreciate you for real!
My late grandmother always made the best pumpkin bread. Watching this makes me nostalgic for visiting her house for the holidays. Thank you for perking my memory.
I LOVE this serie😍 Unfortunately we don't celebrate Halloween here in Costa Rica, so I really enjoy the videos about Halloween, like this pumpkin pie😍 Saludos desde Costa Rica Ashley and happy Halloween😍
So so grateful for the effort you put into these videos from start to finish! They are just amazing in every way, I hope you know how appreciated you are xx
Listening to you is so relaxing and I actually learn things - this is what I love about your work! Colleges need ASMR classes, I mean, people might fall asleep but that's the only downside 😂
I have been loving your cooking series! I keep meaning to try to make those dark chocolate cookies; they look amazing! I just wanted to let you know for future reference that even though sugar seems like it would be a dry ingredient, it is actually considered a wet ingredient. Typically, you want to beat the sugar and butter together first and then beat in one egg at a time to prevent the batter from splitting. Keep cooking and making yummy treats! You're doing an excellent job!
I absolutely adore you and your videos. You have a certain warmness and softness about you that is refreshing and very rare. You make me smile. Thank you for that.
Oh Wow. That looks goooood! Especially when you were cutting the slices. I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin cake rolls. But never had pumpkin bread. I wonder what it would taste like with some ginger? I gotta make some of that today. Thanks for the recipe.
Made this tonight, turned it into muffins. So good! I did top it off with a walnut maple syrup streusel...because icing is just mandatory during 2020! Thank you for the recipe. Super easy and good!
Nicely filmed and relaxing! It does look like an easy recipe and it looks like the pumpkin bread came out very moist! The recipe mentioned using two 8"x4" loaf pans. Did you use a larger loaf pan or just show us one of the loaf pans? If you used a larger loaf pan, what size did you use? I have a couple of suggestions for you if you don't mind: 1. If you want to get a level amount in a measuring spoon or cup, load up the spoon or cup with the dry ingredient and then use the back of a table knife to scrape off the excess. 2. Another way to soften butter if you don't want to use the microwave is to cut the butter into tablespoon-sized slices, separate the slices, and then leave them out at room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients. By the time you're ready to use the butter, it should already be softened. I've enjoyed watching your other cooking videos! Thank you for making them!
Just a little factoid for ya, when you said it'd be wise to have all your ingredients out before you start cooking, there's a french phrase for that. It's called Mise En Place, or "everything in place." I had that drilled into my head in culinary school
Looks yummy! I make a similar cookie recipe, and adding walnuts is what makes the ‘magic’! Would be nice to hear the sound of walnuts being broken into smaller pieces, and also would probably taste great in this recipe, if you like that kinda thing :)
Hi! I'm french and I really love your videos but I don't understand everything 😅 and they're not English or French subtitles on your videos.. Keep going you are amazing! 😁
Omg this looks amazing, I want to make this this week since we are back in lockdown in the UK! Does anyone have a tip for me so that it doesn’t sink in the middle? 😋
I was wondering about the sinking also. Typically, I hand-mix the wet and dry ingredients for quick breads until it all JUST comes together..I'm thinking the electric mixer may have resulted in over-mixing?
I also typically treat the sugar as a wet ingredient and cream it with the butter before mixing in other wet ingredients. Not sure if that makes a difference.
