Hi Ate Seah and Niana! I think kaya di gaano nagrise yung bread is because hindi na-activate yung dry yeast hehe. Supposed to be po ay ma-activate siya by means of blooming,Tama po yung procedure na ginawa niyo but after adding the active dry yeast, mix it until madissolve ng onti si yeast then cover it first for 5-10 minutes then kapag po nagbubbly or foam na yung top meaning activated na po siya. Then Tsaka po i-add ang eggs and dry ingredients . Mahalaga rin po ang proofing bago I-bake para po umalsa ng maigi ang bread at makuha ang desired size ng isang soft dinner roll. Sana po maka-help 😊💗

Baker din po ako kaya hilig ko manood ng mga baking videos :) but sadly, walang oven hahaha sa ricecooker ako nagbe-bake madalas, Pero Guerrero's vlogs are the best! Active dry yeast yung ginamit so kailangan muna sya ilagay sa warm milk or water with sugar and wait for it to bloom, unlike sa instant dry yeast pwede sya direct na ilagay like nung ginawa sa video.

Kung lasang yeast, nasobrahan sa yeast, base sa nakita ko ang daming yeast nilagay niyo😅 sa iba naman e sobra sa time ng proofing pero maiimprove talaga yan pag nagtry ng nagtry. For soft roll or dinner roll kaya hindi siya umalsa ng maayos maybe dahil napadami ang salt or maybe due to temperature or na over knead. Edit: if you're using salted butter medyo bawasan nang konti ang ilalagay na salt or use the 1-1 method 1 part salted butter and 1 part margarine. -by the way I love watching your vlogs. 🥰🤗

Advice kulang po dun sa soft dough ang first po kase na ginagawa namin kapag baking of bread inuuna na muna yung mga dry ingredients tulad nung bread flour, yeast, salt, before yung shortening tulad ng lard or butter tapos ang ginamit namin is water lang pero pwede naman ata milk not sure lang.

Hi suggestion lang yeast and salt is hindi po dapat pinag sasabay. namamatay po yung yeast if isasabay sa salt. so before adding salt and butter dapat po naka first rest na yung dough. before adding the butter and the salt. hope maka tulong culinary student here po

I think kaya naging matigas yung sa dinner roll, napadami ka ng lagay ng bread flour nung kneading procedure na. Make sure lang na gradually lang yung add ng bread flour sa kneading. Gumagamit lang naman ng bread flour para mawala yung sticky texture. If nag-fail ka, its okay kasama sa process yan but make sure na may natutunan ka. I like how you handled the situation, gusto mo i-try ulit to make it perfect and that's good job for me. Goodluck sa next try, alam ko perfect na yan sa susunod 💗 PS. My opinion about bread flour is based on my knowledge and experience in baking, btw I am NCII Holder in Bread and Pastry Production 😉
