Ingredients:-
#milk 1 Litre
#sugar 1 cup
1 Farm #egg
Cooking oil/ghee 4-5 tbsp
Laziza Rasmalai Mix... One packet
Recipe:-
Take a bowl and Add Laziza Rasmalai Mix powder to it. Beat the egg and Add 5 tbsp of beaten egg. Mix 4-5 tbsp of cooking oil in Laziza Rasmalai and Mix thoroughly. Knead well. Make it smooth and soft dough.First grease the palm of your hand with oil.Make small oval or round shape balls. Now, Put milk for boiling on low flame.Put these balls immediately in boiling Milk. Increase the level of flame to high. Let it boil on full flame for 5-10 minutes. Carefully dip and rotate the balls. Till become 3-4 times larger than the original form.
