This happened to me after i read to chapter 200 i didn't have any energy so i stopped reading but after a while i read it from the beggining to chapter 200 AGAIN to remember some stuff and then i took a small break read some other stuff and returnd to usogui and i completed it. Anyway you should read it to the end but if you want to know leap second then either read to the end or watch a youtube video for an explanation.
