@@ciao_sono_nessuno I hate panic attacks so bad even my friend McKenzie had one in art at school before I felt the same way because everyone was yelling at her because our substitute had a calculator with a shock and McKenzie had to tell the teacher *like for part 2*
Guess I’m glad to see this happens often to other people. When I had my first panic attack and my parents told me to “Grow a pair” I was starting to think I am just too sensitive. Having one is a stressful and scary experience

Panic attacks are horrible. There was this Ripley’s haunted house that wasn’t even scary, but I hate haunted houses, so I didn’t wanna go on it. My parents forced me to go on it cuz we had already paid. It had bright lights, loud noises, we were getting water sprinkled on us, etc. I felt like I was going to throw up. The person said you can leave but you have to be 12+ blah blah blah and I lied and said I was 12 so I could leave. They wouldn’t let me. I started having a panic attack and my parents/my brother kept saying “It’s not even scary” or “You’ll be fine”. Luckily there was another girl that we didn’t know who didn’t like it either so I wasn’t the only one. Panic attacks sure are horrific.
As someone who used to have panic attacks on the daily (theyre less recent due to almost fully removing myself from that situation now) i think you interpreted this rly well, im glad ❤ A sudden semse of overflowing negative emotion from a stressful situation/something thst reminds you of a previous stressful situation can lead to going completely silent, anxious before suddenly bursting with anxiety, going into a state of panic. Panic attack vs anxiety attack (from someone who suffers from both) anxiety attacks are long build up of anxiety, mostly not very visual either. Personally i go mute and stare into the distance and continuesly do the same sort of stimmjjg motion over and over again (bouncing legs, flicking nails together etc.) Panick attack, as i mentioned before, is very sudden. It almost feels like all your emotions explode and begin to attack you all at once, mostly very visual (personally at least) i mostly break down crying and wont let anyone touch me, going into a freeze, flight or fight mode (usually going in the order of freeze, fight - not literally - if necessary, flight)
Bruh my eyes were already watering and now they are watering more 🤣 also , even tho they are his friends they shouldnt look into his past mistakes also saying they can physically see he doesnt bully izuku anymore so why are they getting nad at his past mistakes!?
I cried. Panick attacks suck it made my friends leave me because I had one and couldn’t do the project for a week. I’m pretty sure it was for the better but it still hurt
I’ve had one backstage during a theatre play dress rehearsal because I got yelled at by 2 cast members for making a mistake and missed a lot of my cues, thankfully one of my friends came to help me x

Tbh every time I see an “angst” mha vid… I know this is gacha and not real life….. But for some reason I got a bit jealous, bc every time I did things that are shown in the video… there was no one to help me bc how little friends I have yet non of them are CLOSE friends…

Man I just had a panic attack while watching this because my brother told me that the food was overflowing on the oven and I'm a 10 year old and I didn't know what to do and I started shaking but then my older sister told me what to do so I'm fine I'm still kind of trembling a little bit kind of thought my house was going to burn down cuz my mom's not home but it's all good now Also great video it's very very nice
no hate just please do a research before making a video about such s sensitive topic people while having a panic attack might get scared or uncomfortable while hugged so without the consent of the other person you shouldn't hug them
I get panic attacks and for me personally, yes it startles me when someone hugs me but I don’t mind it, I didn’t make this video with no knowledge at all, I just did it the way I know it, not how everyone else does
