If you still think that they weren't quite panic attacks they could have been anxiety attacks, mental breakdowns, breakdowns in general, it could be anything really. That's really sweet. I'm glad you and your mother are close. Unfortunately I myself have really bad break downs/Panic Attacks and the worst ones are always in public but my friend is there and she doesn't touch me if I flinch away from her as I get overstimulated easily when in a panic attack and although my friend doesn't know, I do infact have traumatic experience with non-consential sexual touch and get scared easily when I'm in that headspace. I'm very thankful for the friends that know and help me as my family doesn't know I have any mental problems at all. I've tried asking to go to therapy but they shut me down twice so I just keep it to myself. I've relised from when I was really little I've always liked listening to the breathing and heartbeat of others so I would often sleep with my sister so I'm able to hear her heart beat and breathing. It really helps calm me down. I'm sorry you have to go through everything that happened to you. But good job on continuing. Tysm for the support as well it means a lot.🫶😭😇

@@Misaki_Tenshi never give up on trying to get therapy. it can work wonders and it might help if you tell your family, if you have a good relationship with them, and they could help as well. my family members that really love me are supporting me and were the ones to encourage me to get help for my mental health.

@@barbarabeck194 Ofc! Thank you so much. It's hard to talk about things to and mental health with my family. Especially since I'm always happy around them. They haven't seen me sad for a while now. I got used to hiding it but my friends help quite a bit. Although I don't tell them much. I won't give up and I'll keep trying😭🫶😁

In my au Izuku's teachers and classmates were more violent than in the movie. So the teachers punished him in some violent ways and gave him detention while the class would call him weak and do whatever they thought he deserved. Izuku has lots of PTSD😔😇

His mum did die but she wasn't the best mother. If you check my channel desc it'll tell you my au. Although Inko wasn't the best mum, Izuku still loved her and wanted her attention so when she died he blamed it for not being able to stop it😔

Yep that correct!! In my au middle school is like 10 times worse for izuku so the teachers were in on the abuse but Katsuki still abused him the same amount as he did in the anime just everyone else in the school also did it daily
