Bal Mithai is the famous sweet of Almora, Uttarakhand. It is made of just 3 ingredients Khoya, Ghee & Sugar. Khoya is cooked till turns dark brown resembling chocolate (it is also called chocolate for the same reason in Almora). It is a sweet stick fudgy gooey piece of milk that is irresistible. Mithai is looking very delicious. I have never heard of this before so it is very surprising for me but what is more surprising that this man is touching that hot iron vessel with his bare hands while cooking.
