Hi Julia. I have twins who are three years and 8 months old. The doctor told me that their posture is not so good. Their shoulders are forward. Can you show us some exercise for that? Or direct me to some books I can use for exercise?

I saw this video on RU-vid because I was looking for exercises myself. My question is how do I find out what size exercise ball I need? Now I am 31 and no physiotherapy since the age of 13.

Tried doing this with my son. Why so hard?? She makes it look easy? Is it because my son cannot balance like the girl or because he is heavy? He is 17kg. My arm is hurt and in pain trying to make him stay on the ball..
