I wonder if you have a method to add battery capacity to the balance board yet? I notice on the opposite side from the battery there appears to be space where another battery could be added in series and possibly extend the range/riding time pretty significantly. Seems plausible that a lead could be run through the pivot of the board. Seems like the extra battery wouldn't adversely affect stability and add just a little weight. Is that something you might be willing to try? If not, could you suggest a battery with the form factor required so I could try it myself please? Helpful video!

The board you pointed out inside the motor is not the tilt sensor! That is the hall sensors for the motor, it tells the motherboard where the motor is in its rotation. The board you replaced is the gyroscope and activation board. It measures the angle of the board.

Hi! isn't it possible to repair the gyroscope board ? It's just simple SMD components + MPU6050 Gyroscope + STM32F microcontroller.

I notice all the repair videos are boards with a main circuit board and two balance boards. I have the cheap board with just two boards. is there any repair for these boards? Can I upgrade my balance board with your kit? The sticker on the bottom of the board says Chic. The front of the board says Zipcraft. Its a cheap board all plastic. It only worked for 14 days.

On my board, I have a similar problem. When I lean forward quickly the board completely shuts off. I can only get it to turn back on with the charger. How can I send it to be fixed? What do you think is wrong and how much would I expect to pay for a fix?

I got a brand new board from China and I feel that it's too sensitive about going left/right, making it difficult to go straight line. It's quite dangerous when I go a little fast and the board suddenly and slightly turns. I don't think my feet changes position or even if they do, it would be very slightly. (this is why I said too sensitive). I'd love to bring it to your shop but I'm in Singapore :(. Maybe you know what the problem is? I've tried other board and they are not like mine.. will greatly appreciate if you can tell me how to repair/modify this issue.

don't see any video in how to fix the bluetooth, suddenly one of the hoverboard stop working and now it does not recognize the bluetooth at all, have you experiment such a problem? any videos showing this issues will be appreciated, don't see any at all at this moment.

Question: Don't you have to calibrate the new sensor first? You just replace it, and switch on the board? And that's it? I got my board and probably screwed up calibrating it. So I never used it.. yet. If I get a new part I do not want to mess up again, hence my question.

Hey im trying to fix my hoverboards right now and all they do are you step on and the red circle comes on whenever you first step on, we have tried calibration and we have opened it up and the red led indicator blinks 9 times, we have look at all the parts and they seem like they are good any help?

My scooter's left pad isn't working. It doesn't move, only the right side one is functioning. Not sure what's going on, when it's turned on, it beeps every second and it shows a red light like the video displayed. Any fix or suggestion for the left pressure sensor, it's not detecting weight, light isn't turned on or anything. Please help!

Hi don't know if u can help. My scooters been having problems I ride it and its fine for a couple of minutes then all of a sudden red light comes on and the scooter tilts back and flings u off. Any idea what the problem is. Can any 1 help Thanks

My board is completely unresponsive now to anything all it dose is light up now and the left side which was the side I was having the issue with the flashing red light now it's flashing just the led light on the left side is flashing consistently at this point i don't know what's going on now ...

Yeh the one I got the sensors am on the 2 controller PCBs and the flat edge of the motors mount is facing down but like this issue one motor works if I tilt the controller's it trys to change direction just can't get em both to run need that balance bypass cus I'm converting a mobility scooter nightmare lol

Hi, hoping someone can help me with our brand new board. It's never been ridden because it won't self balance. When turned on, the green battery light operates, however when you step on the pad, a red light keeps flashing. I've tried resetting it and it does the same and then beeps if you try to ride it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like one of the cables just got disconnected inside. Mine had the same problem. When I opened it to examine, one cable became disconnected. I reconnected and it worked.

both my lights are solid blue. this happened after i tried to calibrate it. i think i put it in a weird mode. anyway out of this. I'm in california. my board was working fine before the calibrate attempt....please help

I fell about 4 times outside (stumble/small crash) and I recalibrated and it's fine but the 4th time the red circle (indication that needs re calibration) kept appearing and if I step on the first pad works but the second doesn't and if I switch same thing HELP!!

hey! the problem im having is both the blue lights stay on, on each side. when i turn it on and get on it it doesnt balance nor go forward.. will replacing the sensor do that trick ? it worked fine. but the calibration was off so i reseted it like 3 times. and then boom it doesnt work anymore. i hope u reply

I have a bluetooth one that is newer, but all the lights are on, like the blue lights are on, and there 2 green lights at the top are on which it only does that if you are on it, but when I try to stand on it, it doesn't balance.

Hold the power button for 10 seconds then you will see both lights blink but make sure you have all the board level before you do so and let it sit there for 3 minutes and then power off then it should be fine

so i have the bluetooth version that looks nothing to this hoverboard its slightly bigger but anyways can anyone help me the hoverboard doesn't turn or rotate in a 360 motion to the left but it rotates right so everytime i meet a left turn i can't turn because the right side won't allow me to turn.

Hey. I'm having the same problem with my hoverboard, but this is on the opposite sensor and not on the side that you are fixing. I have tried looking for a spare part for the other side as they are minor differences in the wiring. If there is anyone with any suggestions or links, I will defiantly appreciate it.

Any ideas how a calibration could disable 1 side, and then after a few more attempts the other side is dead too, seems weird as it wouldnt of been dropped or hit, for the second side to go down?
