My daughter knew I needed something like this, so she turned me onto this. I am 83. I have done this with you four times this week and plan to do it every day. Thank you so much. I can see my improvement in balance already. God bless you !

Been going to PT and coming to the end. Now i'm, going to continue with these exercises to regain my balance. Still need the chair but hope to get better. I'm 81 but believe these will help. Thank you.

+Chris You will get better! I do have a program on my website that is very similar to PT and many have found that they do it better following my video program compared to the "piece of paper" or memorized exercises from therapy. Thank you for your videos. My right shoulder has been bad and I followed all the exercises and I plan to work on this every day. The balance exercises have been great as well. I feel like I have received the perfect jump start for making my limbs stronger and more efficient. I can see how this can build up my confidence in doing things I used to take for granted.

Found your site yesterday and I've flagged it for daily use. I may not do these exercises until 2a.m., but at that time I'm still up and awake to do them, like a lot of us retired folks. I think these are wonderful for me and I'm almost 68 yrs young and not old by any of today's standards. I've found that my balance isn't as it should be and I believe they'll help a lot. Great job on the videos! I am in the Physical Therapy field and so many seniors need a program just like this. I do this in therapy but it is not enough. They need to do this daily. Thank you for helping the senior population.

I had a frozen shoulder and it's really getting better with these exercises. Now I'm doing these, plus the ones for seniors especially the balance exercises. Thank you so much for helping out. My husband has arthritis and he too is doing these exercises every single day. God bless you for finding the time to help us seniors.

I have been working out with Jane Fonda most of my adult life. I came by your regiment by accident and am glad I have. I realize at age 78 I need to bring my workouts to my current needs. Stretching is great for everyone. You do an excellent job of keeping my attention. I have encouraged others to stretch, stretch, stretch. Balance, balance, balance. But most times to no avail. Although I have a client I showed a stretch excercise for her back. She has been doing it daily and has no more back pain. Keep up the good work. I love it.

It has been 25 days since I got out of the hospital and the Dr. found the blood clot. I have been doing these off and on as my foot still swells. I have a lot better balance now so I will keep it up, thanks

Thank You! I am 69 and had a knee replacement and I am having trouble with Balance. I have let myself go. I used to exercise a lot when I was younger but I have had trouble getting motivated until I found you. I am motivated now. I will be using your other videos as well. Thank You again!

Thank you for this video. I am a 53 year old left below knee amputee and fall quite often because my balance is horrible. I have been doing this program every morning for a week and I can already feel a difference. I do recommend this video to my advocacy clients and they are also telling me good things.

My first time through the first workout and I can tell it is perfect for me! I AM afraid of falling. Broken my right ankle twice and my left shoulder. I am a cashier so I stand all day. Very horrible for flexibility, etc. This is the perfect way to get back my balance and flexibility! Thanks so much, Grow Young Fitness!

I am recovering from severe weakness due to an illness.. I am improving due to your videos. I vary them daily and am able to walk longer distances. They are simple enough so that I do not give up in discouragement. I see results.

Thank you for this video. I tried it and was able to do it. I have allowed my muscles to get so weak. And my balance is not good. I will try to do these everyday to get stronger. I thank you for your enthusiasm and positive attitude. I loved the breathing at the end, too.

Love this one and the relaxation part was absolutely awesome. I could feel and see the energy going down my body as I not only relaxed but felt more complete/balanced. I did this with my sister Michelle and she could feel it going down her entire body balancing from head to toe. Thank you for all these videos you do - they are awesome! 🌟🤩

I am 66 and it has just dawned on me that my balance is going to the dogs! I couldn't even step into a swimming pool, a few days ago, using a step! admittedly it was a high step :-/ Climbing out was even worse! I WILL do this every day. BIG thank you!

I have not been able to walk without 2 canes or walkers on wheels in 10 years. You give me hope that maybe I can once again walk with out supports. I tried this for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I do have problems with balance and this also helped with some other arthritic problems I've had. Try it once and see if you like it. If not, don't do anymore. Felt good to me.

I just wake up with a severe pain in my left leg ..I made a search on ...RU-vid then I found your channel....chair exercising and I did them with you...I felt better after that and at least I could prepare my breakfast ... thanks alot DERON and God bless you ... I'm from Iraq

I "accidentally" found this. As I did the exercises along with you, I began to understand how much I *needed* to be doing these exercises. At almost 74, I need to be aware of how my ability to move and maneuver has diminished gradually, almost imperceptibly over the years. I'll be back. P.S. Want to hear something amusing? I didn't realize I still had the playback speed setting at 1.25 from a previous video, so I did this video a little faster than it was recorded. Wonder if that means I'm in a little better or a little worse shape than I thought?! LOL.

Great exercises. So far I started with the exercises for Frozen shoulder. I just got a shot yesterday and today did not feel much pain so started the exercises. It felt great. Also did the balance exercises. All great. I'm going to keep doing this.

I'm 85 and I have had a tremor for 25 years they thought it may be parkinson but it wasn't I now have to wear a alarm in case I fall I wish I could have you guys here shirley uk

here's several things for senior exercises Start with the basics for exercises for the elderly. Get the big picture and explore how to safely begin an exercise program! Learn correct posture before you start in order to help maximize the benefits of exercise. Watch our posture video for important exercises. Review the proper techniques of breathing to improve your lung function and energy level. This video will show you how. Increase your flexibility to allow full motion in your shoulders, hips, and legs with these exercises. Watch our stretching videos for valuable instruction. Build strength in the arms, legs and back to greatly enhance your functional independence with our strengthening videos Gain endurance and improve your ability to walk and participate in energetic social activities like dancing and nature outings. Develop better balance to increase your safety in the home and in community. (I learned these and the reasons they work on Seniorcises site )
