I wish for water slayer that they added that effect rather than changing it. I use water bison all the time in a slow cleave for arena especially against wind Dokkebi lord and Camilla. The damage reduction meant that even if they runed destroy I would normally have no issues slowly killing them off. I use Tanky Mephisto with cr & cd, Leo, Borgnine, Ariel. I know it's a terrible team and I am not a top rank player but I get up to +1400 on reset without rushing as I am asleep during rush.
2:50 chandra sagar velajuel was insanely oppressive honestly. If you can't steal one of them it's very hard to beat it 5:20 clara elongated debuffs on s3 with a low activation rate
@trystanclemenceau2071 yeah, looked strange for me why he wasn't aware of how popular/oppressive these 3 are in this season, definitely deserved nerf, and Chandra is still strong cause he didn't even need that last buff

I think Jaara (Dark Phoenix) nullifies the exact unit it’s attacking, if there’s a Triana in the team and attacks something that will die, Triana’s passive still activate; it also does the same with Nana and Vanessa meaning they’ll still revive the unit you kill. In my opinion he got nerfed.
From reading the description, it appears that they WONT revive the target because the skill won't activate, though that does mean the passive won't go on CD if I'm right
Well if water bison damage increase of destroyed is the same increase damage like fire dokebi than its shet. Should just added effect instead of changing the effect.
Only idea for Borg is if you end up in a 1v1 against things like Riley that heal often, you have a chance to kill depending on how much extra damage. But I've rarely had problems with that since I draft entirely around his decreased damage passive. Definitely a nerf.
I feel the in the balance patch, the numbers involved is quite significant and drastic. e.g. 15% reduction to chandra stun chance, 20% nerf to Byungchul damage mitigation at full HP, and Water M.Bison passive rework.
Woooow what a crazy patch. That light ciri was so uncalled for. It was hard enough trying to take her in rta cause takes so long to get max stacks. Now she will sit in storage. Making it easier to walk away from game with each update .....
I think it is more that, com2us wants to make sure not to forget about some mons, so they throw in things that nobody is talking about. Almost everything that is underused at 4 star and up, has been buffed at some point. If most influencers were in charge of the balance patch, 4 stars would almost never get buffed like ever. So, it is important that they ignore what the players are saying sometimes.
I will say the light weapon master getting back his increased damage is actually useful to me. When I had him before he was first changed, it was such a relief knowing his last hit was guaranteed to kill a low hp tanky unit. After they made him ignore defense all the time, it wasn’t a guarantee he would output enough damage anymore to finish units off. This change where the third hit always ignores death prevention and the 30% or lower gets more damage is actually a combo of his original and changed effects and is really what he needed imo! He’s a pretty reliable single target bruiser for me!

This balance patch is insane for me since I have Eludia, Vancliffe and Hilda (Dark Yennifer) but obviously that Eludia buff is where it's at. If she works with the light Homies S3 that gives the entire team 100% attack bar and the enemy, she might be broken. You could just use light Homie S3, have a fast Eludia, use S3 and you can essentially out speed with a 0 speed Damage dealer IF attack bar can overlap and gives the turn the unit with most attack bar then (so 115%). Is that how it works?
I summoned dark striker a week ago.. wall of text s3. More wall of text might be good at swift build. I wish they changed s2 to the aoe attack like water striker have.
im just blown away at the ciri change, she is my first ld5 and has been so lack luster as a single target nuke. now she receives 2 nerfs, i could throw my phone.
Glad that i left the game seems like everything is just like how it was years ago. Dunno why i even watch anymore. Maybe its like watching a car crash? You just cant look away from a disaster
It's not a little they killed him completely. He has zero reduction at 50 percent which means it's only 15 at 75 percent. The units dead now. Thanks a lot.
@@joshportie HP based damage on skills, stun on s1, heals the whole time and steals buffs with s2, always crits and reducs damage with s3. Yeah this unit is "dead" okay 😂 I have a Byungchul and I know that it needed a nerf given how OP it was 😂Just because there are ways to counter him doesn't mean that he didn't need to be balanced. This was a well deserved nerf to him.
Dark monkey will never be good simply because he a: doesn't have speed lead b: doesn't have strip. Since he doesn't have strip, he needs a stripper. Since he is support tank unit, his only use is in outspeed comps. Since he doesn't have speed lead, you need unit that does. We are in such meta that you either outspeed or you risk getting rng-ed, and dark monkey simply doesn't fit into any outspeed teams. There are always better units to take.
a strip would be nice. removing 1 or 2 beneficial effects. they need to make him scale fully with HP too dammit. with these 2 changes, he will be ld5 worthy
Seems like a balance patch directed to whales complaining, so many ld5s getting buffed and so little to other things. God cum2us really trying there best to kill the game. What's that 5-6 patches in a row that's been hot trash
Not sure why they give a huge buff to good a ld5 like Giana but only tweak (overall nerf imo) a garbage ld5 like Jaara. Oh wait, I know exactly why, braindead com2us
