Dr Taz's hormone workbook says she was born in GA; in this video she says she was born in TX. I hate to find inconsistencies; makes me wonder about other things I'm being told.
How can you apply the tea cycling if you had a hysterectomy but still have your ovaries? I historically had horrible periods, anemia, and uterus septum and I was told the hysterectomy would help especially with the chronic fatigue but I feel so mislead and my belly fat increased and I’m still fatigued with blurry vision.
In order to balance your hormones, a disciplined lifestyle especially in terms of sleep in extremely essential. In addition to this, you can consume female health support by planet Ayurveda for that extra support.
I got a hysterectomy done 8mths back, and removed my ovaries, doctor said our hormones are produced from the ovaries, so I have to take a synthetic hormones which I don’t like, how can I transition into a natural way?
I was having vaginal bleeding and thickened uterine lining, had biopsy, ultrasound and D&C. I have a follow up this week and I'm wondering if my dr will put me on something. I was told years back that my progesterone was very low from another dr. I wanted to know if I can treat this with progesterone cream? Is it strong enough?
I wonder the same thing. My obgyn did not offer progesterone, she did order 10mg when asked, but I bought 50 mg progesterone cream and take it as directed and I feel better. I have not yet had the D&C but will as soon as my insurance is restored. I just wish I knew which strength natural progesterone cream I need.
Dr Taz... We are hearing so much about little girls who are maturing and getting their periods earlier and earlier... What can girl mums do to prevent this...
Thanks for the info, great stuff! What about menopausal women and the teas you recommend, dr. Taz? The same teas and if so, when do they start? Thanks.
Aren’t you supposed to use carrier oils for essential oils that is what I was always taught. You are not supposed essential oils directly on your body 🤔
Hi Dr. Taz! If we take the Eastwest belly fix supplement, do we still need to take a digestive enzyme separately? I have PCOS and am skinny but have a lot of belly fat😅
"Hello @EGRS20! I appreciate your question and love Dr. Taz's channel. Regarding the Eastwest belly fix supplement, it's designed to support digestive health and may assist with weight management. Given your PCOS and concern about belly fat, incorporating a comprehensive approach to wellness is key. While the Eastwest belly fix supplement contains ingredients to support digestion, individual needs vary. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to determine if additional digestive enzyme support would benefit you. As a natural healthcare doctor specializing in weight loss and hormone balance, I understand the complexities of PCOS and the challenges it can bring. If you have any further questions or need personalized guidance, feel free to reach out. Sending you lots of love and support on your wellness journey!"
@@gutchiespencer2714 a lot of green veggies are high in Oxolates! My kyptonite is spinach! But you can offset oxalates by getting adequate amount of vitamin c
Thanks for the information. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I'm gaining so much weight. I eat well and exercise.... I've done a ton of research and I'm fairly certain I'm experiencing estrogen dominance, even though my estradiol is only 26. I'm 41 with a hx of partial hysterectomy nearly 8 years ago. I think my ovaries are giving out. I'm so frustrated. I've worked so hard to get my body fat percentage down and then all of a sudden, boom! I'm gaining a ton of weight. I'm going to try a few of these methods and see if I can't get some results. Thank you!
