Also to sync the mouth one of the devs simply made it so depending on the volume of the audio playing it would offset a spritesheet to open his mouth more

The only characters I think that actually could be a baldi character is Drumster, the purple nighttime monster and Leapy Amphibian. The others are just either humans with morphed faces, or just weird.
