Dr Reflex summary: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- == FLOORS == 1st floor - Never 2nd floor - Always (From what I've seen) 3rd floor - Sometimes -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- == AI == Wanders around the schoolhouse, normally somewhere near the hospital room. He CAN open notebook doors and WILL check them! When he sees you, he will run towards you without stopping, unless he loses sight of you via locker. When he catches up to you, he will stop your movement for a split second then wait between 0.3 - 2 seconds before he pulls out two pads. Hit the O one and you can leave without issue. Hit the X one or take too much time and you have to retry. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- == ANGER == Dr Reflex will get angry if you leave his proximity during his "test" and run to the hospital room. Once there, he will grab a hammer and instantly go to the area where you left the test. Once there, he will wander around looking for you. Keep in mind that he is faster than the player while angered, even while sprinting. There is no way to stop Dr Reflex from being angry unless he squishes you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- == EFFECTS == If Dr Reflex touches you while angry he will squish you, meaning you cannot grab items (EXCEPT ITEMS THAT ARENT ON TABLES) and are slower than usual. Dr Reflex can also squish other NPCs while angry and will give them the same effects as mentioned before.
