The COVID-19 crisis has demonstrated how important it is for us to work together. Competition for resources, siloed activities across sectors, and duplication of efforts across organizations and businesses in communities are just a few of the many challenges we are facing. Throughout this crisis and now into recovery, leaders involved with Communities of Excellence have continued to collaborate across sectors and are showing promising results in their efforts to overall health and wellbeing for their residents. During this webinar, Communities of Excellence 2026 Executive Director Stephanie Norling will provide an update on these communities, their approaches to improving community performance and lessons learned for communities considering this innovative approach.
Following the main presentation, there will be an update from the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, the Alliance for Performance Excellence, and the Baldrige Foundation.
