@@road_not_taken Hi Sir,if you can suggest a car around 9.5 to 10.5 lakh, this will be the greatest help for us. Requirements would be economical( mileage, service cost) as well as performance( drivers enthusiasm). Put out some options for us. Any response is greatly appreciated sir. Thank you
Hi @@vamsikrishnapasupuleti7443 , If I were shopping in this segment, I would consider the following cars: 1. Kia Carens: The launch price is excellent and you get so much value for your 10 lacs if you are okay with the size. 2. 4th Generation Honda City: I think the 4th Gen City is a steal at ~10.5 lacs on-road for the V variant! You can also get the SV for similar price if you negotiate well. It has excellent space, an amazing engine and its a proper sedan. 3. XUV300: The base W4 variant of the XUV300 is also really good value. Please see my review of the same, it does not make you feel compromised even in the base trim. Other cars you should test drive in this price range are the Magnite/Kiger, Hyundai i20 1.0 Turbo (Sportz) and the Ciaz (if you must buy a Maruti). This segment has some really good cars and if Skoda prices the Slavia aggressively, the base trim could also fall in your range. Test drive them and choose the one that suits your needs. I hope that helps:)
this was such a detailed video i would love to all the cars in market to be reviewed plus your comparrision are great and simple not like those who compare just numbers hats off to your knowledge
Actually, I had driven on these roads a couple of times before I started recording. Also, I try not to cross 100 on such roads, and 120 on 4-6 lane roads. Interestingly, in my XUV300 review, I went faster (I feel) but it didn't come out as much. And the exact opposite happened in the Baleno :P Maybe its the camera angle, or the car's insulation, not sure:)
Hi, I'll try to get the Kiger for a review. In the meantime, you can see the Magnite review here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kx9AcWfNxV8.html
@@tanujsoni3057 Sorry bro, delayed by a few days. But I'll share my thoughts here for you: 1. Driving in the city: The Baleno's ergonomics are better and there is a lot of turbo lag in the 1.0 turbo engine in the Magnite/Kiger. The Baleno's engine has better low end responses. 2. Driving on highways: This is where the Magnite/Kiger are much better. Even with 3 people and luggage, the Magnite was quicker and way more effortless. If you drive a lot on highways, buy the Magnite/Kiger. 3. Interiors: The Magnite's interior feel more upmarket than the Baleno and I liked the layout much more. However, I haven't seen the latest Baleno to comment on that. 4. Ride: The Magnite was much better than Baleno but not in the league of XUV300. It accomodates a wider variety of road surfaces than the Baleno for sure. 5. Handling: The Baleno, though involving, has a more neutral chassis. The Magnite has a lot of body roll and a steering wheel, and I never believed I'd say this, that has lesser feedback than Baleno. However, it isn't a deal breaker. It is still good enough for speeds upto 100-105. 6. Rear seats: The space is very similar in the two cars but I liked the seats of the Magnite better as they have more underthigh support and a better view out. Overall, I'd buy the Magnite/Kiger twins over the Baleno because the turbo improves the driving experience a lot, and they are much safer with the NCAP rating. However, the manual Magnite 7/10 for the city while the Baleno is 8.5/10. So if you will drive only in the city, buy the Baleno. I hope this helps:)
@@road_not_taken Thank you for the reply man! much respect 🙌. I asked your thoughts because when I checked out kiger. It felt good overall but build to a cost like kwid. and on same place cost cutting was evident. but again you are the guy ( professional) and not me
@@tanujsoni3057 Happy to help:) And please don't take this as the final word. If you enjoy the Baleno more, buy that. At the end of the day, my observations are also opinions 🙂 All the best, and let me know what you decide.
Brother I'm waiting for your review of Brezza and Nexon comparing them with XUV300. I found your *proper* review of XUV300 and become addicted to your honest contents since then.
Thanks a lot for your kind words bro! I'll review the Nexon soon but I am having trouble finding a car rental company that has the Petrol Manual Brezza, as that's the most relevant variant. If you recall any self drive company that has it, please let me know:)
Hi brother, I haven't driven the Altroz unfortunately. I'll try it out as soon as a car rental company has one. I am still early to reviewing cars and this is the only way for me to get cars to review :)
You make such great videos, I have never enjoyed POV drive reviews as much as yours, at least in India :) If I may suggest, can you lower the placement of your camera and adopt a mounting style like this - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9EEWH6zf46M.html ? Thanks and Cheers!
Thanks a ton for your kind words, Anshuman. Feedback well taken, I'll improve this going forward:) I also follow Tedward, makes some really engaging videos!
@@road_not_taken Cool! That's great dude. The Topher, Tedward and Anshuman Bishnoi are my favourites for automotive content. And now you of course cause the videos seem raw and professional at the same time haha. Its always fun at these channels :) Keep up your videos and hope you upload more soon :)
