I hope someday he truly understands inner peace. Those of us stuck in the endless loop of good intensions & instant gratification may never feel whole. We are a different breed, born from yet again, another generation- lost in space. Good luck Ben, keep expressing yourself. It really does help keep things in prospective.

brother, I've watched you play this a thousand times, and I've never seen anyone play that lick with the thumb the way you do on alot of songs. it seems somewhere between flat picking and finger pickin, and a 6 string roll. I've played guitar and banjo both ways for about 15 years and can't follow your sound. don't take this wrong, I think it's freaking awesome, it just seems to me you took a few styles and made your own. your not only a legendary song writer, but a damn good guitar player as well. I never really noticed how well you do play until we were at a whiskey bar, both pretty hammered, and you started playing a bit of windy and warm, flawless. that kinda caught me off guard. you must live in an ass because you are the shit my friend! thanks ben
