Welcome to a New Routine of BALLET FIT with GLORIA MORALES.
Today you are lucky to receive a wonderful Ballet Fit class from the Creator of this discipline and Great Professional, Gloria Morales.
What is Ballet Fit?
Ballet Fit is one of the latest trends in the United States and the UK that fuses the technique of classical dance with fitness. It is a 55-minute session in which strength, coordination, toning, balance and flexibility are worked on; involving the whole body in cardiovascular exercises to the rhythm of piano music at the beginning and end of the session, and with musical hits in the most intense blocks.
It is a very complete and fun Routine in which you will work the whole body in a continuous and harmonious way. It is very important that you execute each exercise correctly, respecting the alignment, as indicated by Gloria and also keep a correct breath, to increase the effectiveness of it.
To develop the routine you will need a chair or stick (it can serve as a broom) and a MAT for exercises on the floor.
It is a routine WITHOUT IMPACT.
