Welcome to a New Routine of CARDIO DANCE.
For 20 minutes you will move ALL THE BODY WITHOUT STOP to the rhythm of a very FLUID AND FUN music.
You will start with a Warm-up to set up muscles and joints and then perform different choreographies, with simple steps, for each of the musical sequences.
Being a Cardio routine, the goal is to activate METABOLISM and help the body make use of the GREASE DEPOSITED as "fuel" during the exercise. For this it is very important that you maintain a CORRECT AND FLUID BREATHING.
In addition to the FAT LOSS, I indicate other benefits of Cardiovascular Exercise:
Strengthening the heart
Increase in lung capacity.
Reduces the risk of hypertension, diabetes and cholesterol
Improve sleep.
Reduces stress and fatigue.
Improves the health of the nervous system.
Reduces anxiety and depression
Improves muscle health, stimulating the growth of small capillaries that carry more oxygen.
Improvement of self-esteem
It is a routine with IMPACT, not indicated if you have limitations to jump and joint problems. If it is your case, you can look at it or even practice it with me modifying it yourself and adapting it to your physical conditions.
