Put it in a round-shaped frame made of Mazari (wild palm) leaves then cooked it between two hot stones. In Balochi language brick is called Ishte and Pushte is called the back side. Due to its similarity with pizza and round shape, it is known as Balochi pizza. This dish is made only of small fish found in the river. In the local language, it is called Kore Mahi or river fish.
