He’s so shifty for a big man his perimeter defense is great and his post defense is getting better day by day he can guard 1-5 and he’s a good passer as well so many things u can say about bam, at one point he was working to take white sides spot on the roster keep that in mind !! Bam is fr heat nation knows !

reminds me of a big version of kawhai's defense...adebayo has a good lateral on defense,you cant shake him off easily of the dribble and also had a good and quick hands...strong body a strong candidate for defensive player of the year if he stays healthy, he is the anchor in heat's scrambling defense

Dude kinda reminds me of a bigger and taller, but slightly less athletic version of Shawn Marion on defense. There's so many switchable defenders in the league right now though. I'd say him, Ben Simmons, Marcus Smart, Jonathan Isaac, and OG Anunoby are the five most consistently switchable dudes in the league rn. Giannis and AD deserve some love, too, for sure. You can throw in LeBron and Draymond when they feel like turning it up on a notch on defense, too.
