Bamboo is so versatile and totally eco friendly. Besides replacing plastic and metals in construction, growing bamboo and processing it creates jobs world wide, especially in growing economies. Let us all promote bamboo use.
I would love to see a bamboo ocean going ship design of at least 100' (30 meter) lengthbuilt and tested and sailed all over the Pacific to demonstrate just how usable it really is
