Quite fitting for a desert environment huh? The 4th World also features giant pyramids and numerous moles who try to get in your way. That's right, there's enemies on the stages now. Well, there were birds who blew gusts of wind on the last stage of Monkey Island, but that qualifies more as a stage hazard.
The music is a remix of Touch & Roll's third world, which is also a desert realm known as Blistering Sands.
SEGA and Amusement Vision own those crazy monkeys in the plastic balls.
