preheat oven : 425F / 218C
***Allow oatmeal to soak up liquid in the batter for 30 minutes before scooping it into muffin liners***
Ingredients
( make around 6-8 muffins / depending on how big of each piece )
🍌For Chocolate Banana Oatmeal
-2 cups All purpose flour
-1 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3 Bananas
-2 large eggs, at room temperature
-1/3 cup Canola oil
-1/3 cup Brown sugar
-2/3 cup Butter Milk,( Milk + 1 tablespoon Vinegar, mix together and set aside )
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-3/4 cup Semi chocolate chips
🫐For Lemon Blueberry Oatmeal
-2 cups All purpose flour
-1 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon Lemon juice
-1 teaspoon Lemon zest
-2 large eggs, at room temperature
-1/3 cup Canola oil
-1/3 cup Brown sugar
-2/3 cup Plain yoghurt
-1 cup Frozen Blueberries
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
🍎For Maple Applesauce Oatmeal
-2 cups All purpose flour
-1 cup old-fashioned whole rolled oats
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 and 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce, at room temperature
-2 large eggs, at room temperature
-1/3 cup Canola oil
-1/3 cup Maple syrup, at room temperature
-1/3 cup Milk, at room temperature
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-3/4 cup raisins
⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑
Baking time: 425F/218c for 7 minutes and 350F/ 176C for 15-20 minutes , or until the skewer comes out clean
📌Baking time may vary depending on the individual oven and the muffin size
