And about three of the little helicopter drones the other drones are quads I'm really wanting to get a plane I had one plane of a Cessna 182 54 inch wingspan I forget the size of the motor that was back in the 90s my home was burglarized and they took my plane and my radio they left the starter and the gas I have gone to every pawn shop in state of Alabama I can't find it they took a pistol to

I own 2 of these planes....both versions...with small differences between them There are 2 versions of this Mk24 spitfire....Hobbyking sold both ...but then stopped for some reason few years back Banana hobby is selling version 2...they are nearly identical...ver 1 had a 4 bladed prop and 30amp esc....ver 2 has a 5 bladded prop...and 40 amp esc.. Both versions are hard to find because people love them so much and wont sell....try to find a used one anywhere... This plane flies the best of any of the planes Ive owned.....it hums like a swiss watch and flies strait as an arrow hands off when dialed in its beautiful to watch ....there is something organic in its form..its shaped like a fish......its an industrially beautiful creation... its one of the only planes I never get sick of doing fly bys......its just so nice to look at in the sky.... I fly with my battery pushed as far forward as possible...and get great flights.... Enjoy...

Yep that's just a rebranded Durafly plane. I have 2 of those . Really great flyers on 4s. The P-40 as well is a old Durafly as well

The canopy of this plane (11:15) looks nothing like a real Spitfire. Durafly canopy is completely different.

@@pea2911 it's literally the same minus the pilot. and you're right, it looks nothing like earlier versions of the spitfire. the mk24 looked nothing like the earlier versions in many many ways :) it was also almost 2x heavier than the original (in real life)

Just wondering, haven't even powered it up yet but it looks like the one showed in this video also has the same problem as mine where one of the flap servos has to be almost fully extended one way to meet the flap in the raised position. However, the other servo meets the flap where I am assuming it should be, (in the middle of the range) is this an issue?

I checked these out at Banana. I like the crazy looking desert scheme!! It doesn't bother me if it's a rebrand. The quality looks much better for Banana. Nice work Rich. AirHammer out!!

Hi Rich...what size esc would you suggest for this motor to use a 4 cell ?...3 cell ..no real power at all...and for performance what size 2 or 3 blade prop..???...love plane , so cool...but really doggy..and no reserve of power when needed...Thank you !

The scale prop is not as fast as using a 2 blade or higher pitch prop would be.

The included ESC may be enough, a 2 blade prop with more pitch is probably about the same load.... test it on a watt meter

Does the flap able to deploy properly? The HobbyKing version cannot deploy pass 45 degree.

No pilot?? I am very nervous about Banana Hobby with their internationally dubious reputation but this is a great subject, there are some amazing details and engineering and that prop is goosebump stuff. I will wait and see what users experience is of this and their new 1100 range but they would have to be astonishingly good to overcome my bad experiences with Banan Hobby.

Wel Il hold my breath because of the horrible reputation that Banana Hobby has developed. Absolute horror stories. I hope there is management in place to rectify this issue. The rc world looks to you Rich for your honest insight so we will be watching close. Thanks Rich.

Been buying their planes for years....what's the big deal with horror stories ???....please,, many destroy their planes building them ..breaking parts because of rough handling....been flying their big ass glider for twelve years...flies great....descent stuff....half the price of many competitors .

They are under new management & all new employees. Their new products are superior & their focus is on after sales service & support. Most of my viewers have been saying the new BH support has been great! Let me know if you guys have any problems. I speculate they will be a industry leader soon!
