In today's video, I'm going to make banana-nut bread! It has sweet notes of banana and the crunchy texture of walnuts.
Ingredients:
130 g of walnuts
3 ripe banana
1 egg
170 g of cane sugar
250 g of flour
120 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons kefir
the size of the baking dish is 22 cm x 10 cm
Bake at 356°F ( 180°C ) for 50 minutes
Remove from the oven and let the cupcake cool for 20 minutes, then remove from the mold.
