Late night dessert could not get any healthier or more delicious! We tried the viral banana bark and it was phenomenal. Had to make it slightly persian!
-2.5 bananas
-1.5 cup chunky organic peanut butter
-1 cup chocolate - melted
-1 Tbsp rose pedals for garnishing
Start off with sliced banana evenly. You want them all to be on the same level (height). Lay them out on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Warm up some organic unsweetened peanut butter, layer it on top, filling in the holes and lathering to disperse evenly. Warm up some of your favorite chocolate and lay that on top. Disperse evenly on top of your peanut butter. The viral trend is to add some salt on top of the chocolate, but we added rose petals because we Persians like things even sweeter.
Freeze for about an hour and then break your bark apart and enjoy piece by piece! It was so good, you gotta try it!
