Banana Protein Power Shake💪🍹
Welcome to my channel! Today, I’m making a delicious and nutritious Nutty Banana Protein Power Shake. This shake is packed with protein and healthy fats, perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack. Don’t forget to like, share, and follow me for healthy protein recipes every day!
Ingredients:
2 bananas 🍌
1 cup milk 🥛
5 walnuts 🌰
5 dates (khajur) 🌴
5 almonds (badam) 🌰
5 cashews 🌰
2 dried figs (anjeer)
10 black raisins
Method:
Soak the walnuts, dates, almonds, cashews, figs, and raisins in water for at least 10 minutes. 💧
In a blender, add the soaked dry fruits. 🥤
Add the chopped bananas. 🍌
Pour in the milk. 🥛
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. 🥄
