Bananarama - Last Thing On My Mind (TV Show) 

It's a good song, I'm surprised this was a flop single. Then again, by 1992 the SAW sound had become old hat. Thankfully, pop lovers gave the song pop justice before the 90s was out. Thanks Pete!

This is a product of the SAW project idea of creating a Banana rama album with Abbaesque sounds and Abba covers or samples. The girls rejected this plan, but this and the first single moving on have survived

The choreography of the dancers rarely works - the music break is not bad. The song emphasises the sadness/melancholy of the lyrics better than the throwaway Steps version.

Anyone who prefers the Steps version is obviously demented.

stephen dixon i must b seriously demented as steps version was million times better, they had fun and this was crap. steps version actually did better than this 1 in the charts!!!!
